Leaven Worth sources its ingredients from King Arthur and other small batch flour mills. Giving the quality ingredients our two day fermentation needs to reach their highest sour potential, naturally, without added citric acid.
What started as a simple passion has grown to fuel other desires. All proceeds are directly funding the growth of the business while still sustainable by one person.
